Be The Glory Project is a Christ-centered nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring hope, dignity, and stability to individuals and families facing hardship. Rooted in James 1:27, we serve widows, orphans, individuals impacted by incarceration, and those experiencing poverty through holistic care that meets physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Through mentorship, safe resources, supportive community connections, and consistent outreach, we work to reduce poverty, improve re-entry outcomes, and strengthen families while walking alongside people in their journey toward healing and wholeness.

We believe true transformation happens when practical support is paired with compassionate relationships and the love of Christ. Our programs are designed to provide essential aid, build life-giving community, and empower individuals to discover their God-given worth, purpose, and future.

Founder
Anisha Tolbert is the visionary behind Be The Glory Project, driven by a deep passion for restoring lives and relationships through Christ-centered outreach. As an Army veteran, certified relationship educator, and minister. She leads with compassion, creativity, and purpose. Anisha’s heart for ministry shines through her commitment to healing and inspiring transformation.
Co-Founder
Merrill Tolbert brings strength, wisdom, and spiritual leadership to Be The Glory Project as Co-Founder. With a background in protective services and evangelism, he is dedicated to mentoring others and building strong, faith-filled connections. Merrill’s mission is to help people encounter God’s glory in every area of their lives.
